COCOREER, K.K. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the task management app “Task Smash” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
You can use every feature of the App — adding and completing tasks, templates, and reports — without creating an account. An account (email and password) is only needed if you turn on the optional “Data Sync” feature to sync across devices.

Sharing advertising identifiers with our advertising partner to show ads may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out using the device controls described in Section 5.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of the sharing of advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the device controls in Section 5. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because we use third-party services, your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and Japan. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it. Minors should use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The App and website use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies to remember your settings, analyze usage, and support advertising.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or the App. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App.
